The hotel lies in the outskirts of Pirin Mountain and within walking distance of the old centre of Bansko.

The hotel offers 3 large maisonnettes and 5 family rooms for families with two or more children as well as small family rooms for families with one child or accommodation of three adults in one room. Most of the rooms offer balcony or terrace with view of the slopes and peaks of Pirin Mountain.
