In the southern part of the town in a nice area of the resort with other beautiful villas and hotels around, close to Gondola Lift station (5 min walknig) and in 10 min to the center of Bansko.

• 14 apartments with one bedroom, 13 apartments with two bedrooms and 2 apartments with three bedrooms, all with living-room with a folding sofa, bathroom with bath or shower and hair dryer, terrace, fully equipped kithchenette; iron and ironing-board. TV with more than 40 satellite channels, DVD, central heating.
• All apartments of Mont Blanc are luxury furnished and each apartment has a lounge with folding sofa-bed and a cofee table, 21-inch colour TV with more than 40 satellite channels (14-inch TV in every bedroom), stereo sound system with CD & MP3 player, open-plan kitchenette with all cooking and eating facilities and equipped with fridge/freezer, oven with hobs, microwave, toaster, cutlery.
• The one-bedroom apartments can sleep upto 4 persons (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the folding sofa at the living room).
• The two-bedroom apartments can sleep upto 6 persons and the three-bedroom apartments can accommodate upto 8 persons.

Spa & Sports centre

A modern centre is operating at the development with a sauna, jacuzzi, steam-room and gym. Guests are expected to pay a small fee to use these facilities
