Topola Skies offers a total of 174 two-room, three-room and VIP apartments, situated within four buildings over a total area of 27860,73 sq.m. The building offering VIP apartments will be built directly into the rock face on the slope overlooking the sea.

Each apartment in the resort will be luxuriously finished with a kitchen, bathroom, plastered walls and insulation. The apartments will have cable TV, Internet and telephone points. Several types of furnishing options will also be available to suit the clients' needs. Room facilities: airconditioning, telephone, television, bathroom: with bathtub, kitchen, kitchenware.

Hotel Facilities:

A shopping area will be built in Topola Skies offering food, clothes, sports accessories and a pharmacy, as well as catering facilities: a restaurant, a cafe and a tavern.
A Sports centre for children and adults with 2 tennis courts, a mini football pitch, bike paths and pool tables.

Services including apartment rental, administration & marketing teams, property maintenance, laundry and ironing will be at the apartment owners' disposal.
